A team that works together
CommuniKids is a team of speech therapists and practice staff working across our Jolimont and Victoria Park clinics, and in day cares and schools around Perth. We see children and teenagers from birth to 18.
Between us we bring training in Sounds-Write and UFLI phonics, Natural Language Acquisition for gestalt language processors, the Lidcombe Program for stuttering, and ADOS-2 for autism assessments. Some of our therapists also speak other languages: Anija speaks Tamil and Malayalam, and Manju speaks Hindi and Malayalam.
How we work with families
We work as a team with you. Families play a big part in reaching each child's goals, so your therapist will share strategies you can use at home. With your permission, we also work with teachers, day care educators and other health professionals who know your child.
When you get in touch, our practice team will help you find a therapist and clinic that suit your child and your week.
