At CommuniKids, we’re passionate about providing motivating, functional speech therapy to create confident communicators.
From one room in Floreat to two clinics
CommuniKids began in 2021 in a single room in Floreat. Since then, we’ve opened two clinics, in Victoria Park and Jolimont, and grown into a full team focused on delivering engaging therapy.
As well as in-clinic sessions, we provide services at day care and school. We plan individualised therapy, with a focus on supporting children and their families to reach their goals.

Therapy that fits into real life
Life often gets busy for children and parents alike, and our therapists recognise this. We focus on delivering therapy that is going to be functional and adaptable to different situations. Our goals focus on increasing the child’s confidence in therapy, home and anywhere else they may go.
We love using activities that focus on real-life goals. Play is also an integral part of our therapy – our well-stocked clinics are filled with all sorts of toys to work on therapy goals.
Follow the child’s lead
Sessions are built around what your child loves, so practice feels like play.
Bring families in
You leave each session with strategies to use at bath time, meal time and the school run.
Work as a team
We talk with teachers, paediatricians, OTs and psychologists so everyone pulls in the same direction.
Assessment and therapy across the whole communication picture
Our therapists assess and treat language, speech sounds, literacy, early language, essay and story writing, stuttering, AAC and feeding. Therapy is evidence-based and tailored to each child.
We see children in clinic in Jolimont and Victoria Park, and at home, day care and school.
